2nd day of digital Detox. 1h36m of Smartphone usage. Considering i used it for learning for about 20 minutes, i am pretty close to the 1h maximum i am aiming for.
I am following my Morning and Night Routine, which helps quite a lot as well.
Morning: Water, Shower, Walk, Meditate
Night time: Journaling/Blog, Scheduling, Clothes, no screentime 30 minutes before going to bed
